Description
The way how we disable MS MediaCenter does not work 100%.
Thats why we should add a config option, which disables it by using the recommended Policy for Microsoft.
To ensure that MS MediaCenter is re-enabled once the user uninstalls mediaportal, we have to do that while removing MediaPortal.
NSIS could call setuptv.exe with i.e. setuptv.exe /PreUninstall and setuptv.exe /PostInstall, simmilar to the db removal we allready use.
