For now plugin will load at MP startup only if it's listed in Mediaportal.xml but to add it you need to open Configuration and "Save" it.
Also If process plugin has no ISetupForm it should be loaded now.


h4. Steps to Reproduce
Do an installation of some plugin that do not add information in mediaportal.xml by itself
Open configuration.exe, these are not listed.
Do a "Save" and reopen configuration -> plugin are now in the list.
