Description
Sometimes plugins aren't automatically enabled / visible in MediaPortal after first install. You have to open configuration and close it (with OK). Install might be manual or using MPEI, doesn't make a difference.
h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Start with fresh/clean MediaPortal.xml and clean plugins folder
2. Install some window plugin.. Can be anything, but better try with few.
(As said, you can use manual install or MPEI).
3. Open MediaPortal and browse Home/Plugins windows, notice how there is no new plugin listed
4. Open configuration / save it
5. Open MediaPortal again, plugins will be visible.
