<p>If the PingMonitor option in PowerScheduler is enabled and the host to be pinged is not reachable on start of the TvService, the PingMonitor throws an exception and the TvServer is stopped. The bug also can be seen sporadically when the TvService is already running and the host is no longer reachable, but this is not reproducible.</p>

<p>Steps to reproduce:</p>

<ol>
<li>Configure PingMonitor to ping a host with hostname</li>
<li>Make sure this host is not active and the server can not resolve the hostname (use a fake hostname in the test)</li>
<li>Restart TvServer</li>
