      Enhance the FullEPG screen:
      - Footer only visible, if EPG elements focused
      - Group Button -> Footer Content: "Select to change the group of TV channels"
      - Channel List -> Footer content: "Select to see the program guide only for the channel {channel_name}
      - Program List -> Footer content: "ProgramInfoSlim.inc"
