Description
For MP-II, we'll have multiple UPnP components:
- UPnP mediaserver (Exposing local media of MP server/client)
- UPnP Server Controller (Providing MP server's control functions to the MP client)
- UPnP Client Controller (Providing MP client's control functions to the MP server)
- UPnP client control point (Accessing the MP Server Controller from the MP client)
- UPnP server control point (Accessing the MP Client Controller from the MP server)
- UPnP mediarenderer (Providing the ability to control the media renderer from a remote application)
They all have to be developed. To achieve this, we have to provide a MP UPnP library for UPnP communications.

Very useful site:

You'll surely find their tools useful:

I guess Frodo "borrowed" the current implementation in MP2 from that (since it validates similar and well).
