Description
<p>Win10 changes around the OSD display have impacted its conditional display and behavior.</p>
<p>Reverting the commit : <a class="externalLink style=" href="https://issues.team-mediaportal.com#" target="_blank" s2="" www.google.com="" domain='https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-2/commit/49761cc1243ee9e711bbb116a1d75926a526d65b");"'>Win10: OSD visible on mouse usage and "info"-key press · MediaPortal/MediaPortal-2@49761cc · GitHub</a> restores the correct OSD sliding behavior after timeout.</p>
<p>However, this breaks the INFO function. Now INFO no longer displays the OSD!</p>
