<p>Permanent setting of logging level currently requires changing the respective config files on both server and clients using, requiring admin privileges for the editor. A temporary change for client can be achieved from within the GUI (Diagnostics), but this is not affecting the server log level.</p>

<p>A simple solution might lie in checking for the existence of a special file in the user environment under ProgramData.</p>
