<li>Server MAC gets written into a file in ProgramData after the first start of the service.</li>
<li>Client reads Server MAC from this file when first connecting with the Server and stores the IP/MAC information</li>
<li>Upon wake-up/start of the Client it sends a WOL to Server</li>
