ImporterWorker does not remove Import Task when unchecking Automatic Refresh in Settings

    Description

      <p>Steps to reproduce:</p>

      <ul>
      <li>Start with a fresh install - there should be 1 Task in TaskSchedulerSettings.xml</li>
      <li>Go to Settings-&gt;MediaSources-&gt;Media Source Importer Configuration</li>
      <li>Uncheck &quot;enable automatic refresh&quot; and click &quot;ok&quot;.</li>
      <li>There is still 1 Task in TaskSchedulerSettings.xml</li>
      <li>Re-cehck &nbsp;&quot;enable automatic refresh&quot; and click &quot;ok&quot;.</li>
      <li>There are now 2 identical Tasks in TaskSchedulerSettings.xml</li>
      </ul>
