<p>The ShellThumbnailProvider uses the Windows7APICodePack to generate thumbnails. On very high load of the Importer, a call to ShellObject.FromParsingName may throw a System.AccessViolationException.</p>

<p>Since this is a CorruptedStateException, it will not be catched and leads to a process exit.</p>
