Description

The SettingsManager's settings are always tied to a specific instance of MP2-Server or MP2-Client.

The ServerSettings plugin makes it possible to access the settings of MP2-Server from a client.

What we need are true "SystemSettings", i.e. settings that are valid for the whole MP2-System consisting of the MP2-Server and all MP2-Clients.

For the NetworkNeighborhoodResourceProvider this is e.g. necessary with respect to the network credentials.
