<p>The current implementation of the NetworkNeighborhoodResourceProvider has two problems to be solved in this rework:</p>

<ul>
<li>Enumeration of computers in the NetworkNeighborhoos is unrealiable</li>
<li>When using the LocalFileSystemPath property to access remote resources (i.e. accessing them directly via an URL instead of a stream) access is currently denied for URLs that are not available for anonymous access. This currently happens in particular when starting another process such as ffmpeg during an Import</li>
