Description

With NuGet 2.7 the Visual Studio Extension's NuGet package restore has been improved.

http://docs.nuget.org/docs/release-notes/nuget-2.7#Automatic_Package_Restore_in_Visual_Studio

To make it short: It does not rely anymore on:
.nuget
-folder,
NuGet.targets
or
NuGet.exe

It also should allow opening the solution even if there are no NuGet packages available, yet, including those that import another msbuild
targets
-file.

Building MP2 via build scripts, still needs a NuGet.exe, but this we already have our own
RestorePackages.targets
for.
