If the server is started or stopped from MP2-ServiceMonitor's context menu while the service monitor is running with user privileges (non-admin rights), the service monitor is restarted with admin rights after an UAC prompt has been displayed.

Within the new instance the main window is opened. This should only be the case if it also was opened before already. If the window was closed before the new instances also should be started minimized.
