Loading the DefaultFeeds.xml file on demand from http://install.team-mediaportal.com/MP2/News/DefaultFeeds.xml ensures that even published releases always use the latest version of that file.

The existing file can be removed from git. It's not required to even install it, as a web connection is already required for news itself.
