The service monitor has menu item is system tray context menu to start and stop the windows service.

Normally the sevicemonitor is not started elevated, but it needs admin rights to do this.

Either it is being elevated at the first usage of a Command which requires admin rights, such as Start/Stop service and it stays elevated from that time
OR
a UACHelper.exe is started to do the actual start/stop of the service
