Currently it is possible to open multiple instance of the MP2-ServiceMonitor.

As it can connect only to one server it is not needed to have multiple instances of the application.
Starting another instance should be prevented.

When starting another instance, it might be an option to open the monitor window of the first instance from the second instance and close the second one.
