The player manager should automatically close player slots with an erroneous media item which don't have an attached playlist.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Use a chained media provider. Together with the ResourceLocator, which currently raises an exception in method CreateLocalFsAccessor, this leads to an exception when the video player wants to get a local FS accessor.

So try to open such a file provided by a chained media provider. The video player won't start but the player control for the primary player will show up in the screen, displaying "No media item".
