Due to missing elements in skin, the complete client crashes.

The exception handling doesn't cover such cases yet.

- Use a current svn (tried on 24607),
- copy this example skin to plugins http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/user-interface-191/mpii-testskin-54841/
- Try to enable it -> crash
