h264 codec crash on stream discontinuity.

    Description

      In case of discontuity of the "continuity counter",( wrong reception, storm, ...) . Some data will be lost in the PES or 2 PES can be merged togeteher... This is passed to the codec that have quite 50% chance to crash.


      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Discontinuity information should be added in TsReader to correlate discontinuity and crash, then wait..
