When the PES header is split on 2 or more ts packets, the PTS ( and DTS ) cannot be patched. As the H264 codec ( Cyberlink or CoreAVC ) are pretty unstable, the "no-time" on PES packet ( or something else ) cause "sometimes" the codec to freeze.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Difficult, sometimes broadcaster do this on Video. I've had it 5 times over a night ( not all the nigths... ) seen in the TsWriter.log and MP has frozen on the 5th occurence. After timeshift buffer was filled, tsbuffers were locked.
