When you try to play a mpg which has been recorded by the TV-Server, then the playback of the Video is stuttering.
which means that the Image freezes for about 1 second and continues to play.
the audio is playing fine.

- WMP and VLC are playing the same file without any issues
- MediaPortal 0.2.2.0 final plays the same file without any issues
- the oldest privatebuild i found (03-29-2007-Rev13681) also shows the stuttering

codecs, fullscreen or not, exclusive mode on or off does not change the behaviour.

***update***

after much investigation and testing it seems that tsfilesource only displays a problem we face in mpg creation in tv-server.
i.e. all mpg's i record on dvb-t are working fine
all from dvb-s have stutter in video
for dero, recordings on dvb-t stutter

there seems to be something inside the received TS-stream which triggers the "corruption" in the mpg file.
the combination of tsfilesource and the used demuxer makes the problem visiable as a stutter.
if i record the same channel with the same card on the same pc with a different application, then the created file doesnt stutter.
so this is more a TV-Server bug then a MediaPortal issue.

if we decide to fix this issue server-side then we do not have to delay the release of 0.2.3.0 RC2 any longer.
