basichome: new rotation menu is hidden and two play-gfx are displayed when navigating to topbar

h4. Steps to Reproduce
enable topbar

-> start mp
-> if it is not in basichome-screen yet, press H
-> now press UP to navigate to the topbar, now the rotation-menu is hidden and two play-images are displayed : does it make sense?
-> if you click now on a topbar-button the menu is back, huh?

perhaps, the menu should be always visible
