The subtitle delay (slider) function is not working. According to Broce the valuse in the code are not used in any place.

We agreed in the meeting that this unuse slider should be removed.

But befor that we would like to know from tourettes if he planed to use it in the future.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Open fullscreen video/live TV.
2. Hit Y for Context Menu.
3. Hit the button below Pause/Play.
4. Adjust Slider.
5. Nothing happens.

Imho this slider should be starting in the middle and there should be adjustments steps maybe +/- 2 seconds with 1/10 second steps.
