Found by chefkoch - confirmed by rtv & ronilse

If you open a picture, zoom in to 150% or more an try to zoom out MP stops zooming out at 99% & you can't reach the "original" view of the whole picture again, without going back or view next.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Download the picture or use a picture with more than 4 MegaPixel
2. Start MP > go to Pictures > open a/the high resolution picture
3. press Page_DOWN two or more times to zoom in
4. press Page_UP to zoom out and view full picture
5. zooming out to see the whole picture is not possible, zooming out stops at 99%
