Having multiple bouquettes containing satellite channels sometimes it occurs that the name of a channel in bouquet A is the same as a channel in Bouqet B.
Because the TVProgram is added only with a name as a 'key' it is not possible to have a TVProgram added for another bouquet with the same channel name.
Result is 3 to 4 times programs at the same time with no corresponding channels because the name is the same but not the channel reference.
