TV playback has strobe effect when viewing any channel whether it be DVB or analogue.
This similar issue was fixed some time ago with a VMR9 colourspace change.

Note: The issue does not occur immediately but after some usage. The effect can happen anytime.

Watch TV :-)
This happens with me on DVB-T, DVB-S & analogue.

It hapens with the old TV Engine and the new TV Server also.
