When selecting a "Every day at the same time" recording between 23:00 to 00:00, the recording never start’s & there it's nothing in the log to tell why either

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Start MP -> My TV -> Scheduled & Add a new "Every day at the same time" starts 23:00 (11.00 pm) to 00:00 (12:00 am) or 23:30 – 00:00 recording & wait for it to record.

h4. Additional Information
If I select a one day/time recording at this time it works.
Have tested with & without Power Scheduler plugin & the result it's the same
