When you start a manual (press record during fullscreen) recording MP will say it is recording. Even in the guide you will see the record icon.
But Mp is not recording.
No files r being made.
You also cannot stop the recording, the guide will keep showing the record icon.
When you now restart MP, MP will say it is recording, when you now wanna stop it MP will tell you it is stopping. But it isn't. MP will keep telling it is recording.......

h4. Steps to Reproduce
a way to get this same situation:
MrMario64: stop tv
MrMario64: go to tvguide
MrMario64: and set a currently running program to record
MrMario64: turn tv on again
MrMario64: now MP won't record the program, but you can manually select to record the current program
MrMario64: MP will tell you it does
MrMario64: but it won't
MrMario64: stpping the recording will also not work as there is none, although the guide says there is
