When you trancode from DVR-MS to MPG the status page shows the incorrect % for the progress. It's incorrect by 1/2.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Record a TV program
2. Go to the compress screen
3. Ensure the compress settings are for MPEG-2
4. Transcode the recorded TV

Teh status % will go up slowly although the file is transcoding faster.
The finished % is 50.
