Reproduce: MP Home, BlueTwo or MCE Skin:

When navigating (using left arrow button) to the top right buttons, its only possible to navigate to the first button. The focus then stay at the first top button & in one of the bars in Home navigation menu.

So the Exit button it's not reachable without a mouse.
