SS2 not tuning lower frequencies

    Description

      The SS2 does not seem to be doing the frequency switch on the LNB.
      Hence not all channels are tuning correctly.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Start Config
      Go to TV Capture Cards
      Edit the SS2
      Autotune the SS2
      First set of low frequencies do not get signal lock.
