Description
After disabling the "Scroll menu items" in Configuration the top an buttom entries can not be reached and selected by keyboard
h4. Steps to Reproduce
Steps to take:
1. Open Settings -> Plugins -> Home -> Configuration
2. Disable 'Scroll menu items'
3. Save
4. The up/down navigation is limited to 1 up and 1 down from the middle option.
(if the mouse is used to alter choice to say 2nd one, then that one becomes middle position)
