The analog tuning does not go past 223.25MHz and hence cannot tune most of the channels.
However if you use the wizard it works fine.
Seems to be a problem going from VHF - UHF.

Run Configuration.exe
Edit the Analog TV Card
Autotune

Autotune finished prematurely on 223.25MHz

I have also noticed that after running the wizard and the re-running the tuning in configuration.exe then it gets past 223.25MHz

I have tested this on a PVR-250 & HVR-1300
