When you go into My Settings and then Change the render type for My TV instead of choosing VMR9 renderless it chooses VMR9 windowless

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Start Config
2. Set MyTV to use Overlay
3. Start MP
4. Go to My Settings
5. Change the renderer for TV to VMR 9
6. Exit MP
7. Run Config
8. Check My TV's renderer - it will be set to windowless

This should not happen My Settings should switch between overlay & vmr9 renderless. The top bar option is used to do windowless.
