There is high CPU utilisation with timeshifting off in RC1.
100% on an AMD 1800+, 65% with a Pentium 4 3000HT (478).

I have around 55% on my rig with Intervideo codecs.

Start TV with any card does not have to be DVB and have or turn timeshifting off and look @ the cpu %.

Tested with provided codecs, Intervideo & Nvidia.

Note: With Timeshifting On CPU is 12%.
