Added new option(checkbox) to filter configuration: Maintain Sound Pitch
MPAudioRenderer uses TEMPO mode to stretch the sound while keeping the sound pitch. This causes some sound distorsions in the sound.
This update introduces option to switch the strech mode to RATE (checkbox unchecked). To avoid sudden changes in the speed(also affect sound pitch) the update implements additional regulator to constantly calculate target speed from audio drift.
