<p>Provide DirectX 9 SDK (June 2010) as nuget package for simplify build.</p>

<p>Priority :</p>

<p>1. local Path if %DXSDK_DIR% is set on local machine</p>

<p>2. Nuget Package if %DXSDK_DIR% is missing or if&nbsp;%DXSDK_DIR% exist but is empty.</p>

<p>Each new project who need/use DX9 as lib, need to install the nuget package.</p>
