<p>In some case (happen with Intel GPU on WIN10) the DRRC trigger a removal of Intel device and add back (within few secs).</p>

<p>This change will trigger an issue where MP is not able to find the correct Audio Renderer Device.</p>

<p>This bug fix try to detect when Audio Renderer failed to be added and try to adding back it after 5 secs after MP has done a new reload of fresh detected directshow filter.</p>

<p>This reload was added also on MediaPortal.exe when a device is detected as removed or added.</p>
