<p>When culture info is different from 'en-US' MP code can failed because of decimal setting in windows, this need to be set to "." and not "," (without quote)</p>

<p>So we can set mediaportal.exe to be configured as culture info&nbsp;'en-US' at runtime and letting current user windows settings.</p>
