<p>This is a proposal to merge the (reasonably extensive) changes from the<a href="https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1/tree/EXP-Upgrade_555_MM_Owlsroost"> 'EXP-Upgrade_555_MM_Owlsroost'</a> branch into master.</p>

<p>This branch&nbsp;includes the <a href="http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/rtsp-streaming-library-update.132521/">'RTSP streaming library update'</a>&nbsp;from the&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1/tree/EXP-Upgrade_LIVE555">'EXP-Upgrade_LIVE555'</a> branch, and the <a href="http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/improvements-to-live-tv-playback-rate-matching-for-testing.130394/">'Improvements to Live TV playback rate matching'</a>&nbsp;changes to TsReader and TsWriter (orginally&nbsp;from the 'EXP-VS2013-DSFilter-Owlsroost' branch).</p>
