<p>MP1-4578 broke support for 1024x768 displays.</p>

<p>The intention of 4578 was to workaround HDMI-related suspend/resume resolution change issues by subverting behaviour when screen resolution reverted to Windows native resolution. However it failed to consider that some people do actually use 1024x768 displays. As a result, people with 1024x768 displays have had MediaPortal resizing to 0x0 (or similar) on resume.</p>

<p>This change attempts to remedy the situation as much as possible by distinguishing between Windows native resolution and the actual display resolution.</p>
