<p>We still have a lot of problems with the MySQL database upgrade, which are almost always related to time-outs.</p>

<p>This fix increases the time-outs to 60 seconds for the upgrade connections.</p>

<p>If this still doesn&#39;t fix the problems, we should consider disabling the upgrade option.</p>
