Rename MPEI shortcut to MediaPortal Extension Manager

    Description

      <p>As of MediaPortal 1.3 the MPEI has been renamed to &#39;MediaPortal Extension Manager&#39;, but the shortcut is still named &#39;MediaPortal Extension Installer&#39;, which is confusing.</p>
