<p>This branch will replace all bass binaries (Core, Addons and AudioDecoders) from the repo, and update some to newer versions based on the NuGet packages available.</p>

<p><del>Since we forgot to bump the MP.Externals.BASS SubsystemVersion for 1.7 i think it would be very wise to replace all these binaries together with the SubsystemVersion bump in 1.7.1.&nbsp;This way we can prevent another bump this year, but this will need some proper testing!</del></p>
