<p>In MP Config &gt; Music &gt; Music Folders &gt; hit Edit button &gt;&gt; &#39;Default layout&#39;, there is an option so select &#39;Album&#39;.</p>

<p>This option isn&#39;t available in GUI and seems to cause some really nasty issues like a complete lockup/freeze of the UI (HomeY) or just an empty screen (user report).</p>

<p>This option should be removed and the selected Default Share View should be respected (which isn&#39;t at the moment, seems to default to List).</p>

<p>Stept to reproduce:</p>

<ol>
<li>Open In MP Config &gt; Music &gt; Music Folders &gt; highlight a share and hit the Edit button</li>
<li>Select &#39;Album&#39; as &#39;Default layout&#39; from the pulldown menu</li>
<li>Save, close Config, start MP and navigate to your share.</li>
<li>Try to play a song and navigate through the share</li>
</ol>

<p>When i do this, it completely freezes up (random time, but mostly very quick).&nbsp;</p>

<p>The user reported that when he entered the Music section, his screen was completly empty</p>
