    Description

      <p>When &#39;refresh update info&#39; is run in MPEI, the KnownExtensions.xml file increases in size and can cause MPEI to crash.</p>

      <p>Reported by BassFan and confirmed by HomeY and others. I cannot reproduce the problem, but it is clearly there.</p>
