Description

MP or Configuration can crash when XML setting files is corrupt.

For example, i have see the case for 'musicdsp.xml' (in 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal')

My HTPC reboot while starting MP and somehow this above files was corrupt and lead to MP or configuration crash.

To avoid this, we need to add a check of xml files and indicate user that the files is corrupt and need to be replaced.

An upgrade or reinstall will change nothing, only a fresh/clean install will correct it because a new fresh correct files will be copied.

I remember seeing this error form user without really know that it's an xml issue.
