When navigating through the topbar also the cursor in the normal area of the screen will move.

To reproduce:
- Start MP with a skin that has a topbar
- Go to MyMusic (you can't see it on the home screen)
- Navigate to the topbar
- Press right multiple times
- Not only the selection in the topbar moves, but also the cursor in the normal area of the skin.
